It is no surprise that social media has taken over the world by storm. In order to provide an overview of how widespread social media is, Socialnomics.net has produced a video entitled, “Social Meda Revolution”.
The video provides a lot of great info on who is using social media, what they’re using it for, how much time they spend using it and what the societal, political and economic effects of social media are.
One fact mentioned in the video sums it all up: For the first time since the beginning of the internet, people now spend more time viewing something other than pornography: social media.
