Sharing Files, Documents and Folders in Google Drive

One of the primary benefits of using Google Drive is the ability to easily share your files and document with other users. When sharing files, you have the option of giving other users either view permissions or edit permissions.

If you and another user are editing a document at the same time, you will actually see the changes the other user makes in real time. You can follow their cursor on the page!

You can also easily track the changes that other users are making in shared documents. You can easily revert back to an older version of any particular document if undesired changes were made.

I do not work for Google, nor was I compensated for the production of this video series. I am simply a Google Docs user (both personally and professionally) that would like to share my knowledge and insight with others to help provide a more seamless transition to Google Drive.

Feel free to share my video with others and if you plan on watching the entire Google Drive Tutorial 2013 video series, you may want to bookmark my post containing all 4 videos on the same page.

Enjoy!
