I find Tasks very useful for collating/planning action on emails.
I just drag the email to the tasks (and give a due date if needed). Then later when I click on the task, it takes me directly back to the relevant email without me having to search for it.
I love all your tutorials.
Thats something new to me! I had never tried that – I'll have to start using it! Thanks!
Our business has a hosted web site. Most of my projects and tasks are generated from email which is not a gmail account.
Can I add tasks to my google calendar directly from other email accounts?
Thanks,
Linda
Linda,
In order to add events or tasks to Google Calendar, you must be logged into a Google Account so there is no way to add tasks from a non-Google account. It would be like calling from you cell phone number from a friends cell phone.
