Evernote Tutorial and Tips 2013 / 2014 – Introduction and Overview [Video]

Evernote Tutorial 2013 2014 Notes Video

This Evernote tutorial for the 2013 / 2014 cloud-based version of Evernote serves as an overall introduction and walkthrough of how to use Evernote to take and organize your notes.

There is also a PC and Mac version of Evernote as well as mobile version of Evernote for Android and iOS. Although all versions of Evernote function similarly, there are some slight differences between the different platforms.

I plan on releasing an Evernote for Mac tutorial, Evernote for iOS tutorial and Evernote for Windows tutorial. As soon as those tutorials are published, I will link them on this page.

One of the great things about Evernote is that all of your information is stored in the cloud so that no matter which platform you use Evernote on (Mac, PC, iOS, Android, etc.) all of your information will be instantly available on any device that you log into your Evernote account with.

Evernote is a rich media cloud based note taking platform that allows users to embed images, links and use rich formatting text when creating notes. Evernote also allows users to organize their notes in a hierarchy structure to ensure that important information is never lost or buried.

The above tutorial on using Evernote in 2013 and 2014 will show users how to create new notes, how to add rich media to those notes, how to organize the notes they’ve taken as well as other tips and tricks for using Evernote.

As always, if you find this video helpful, I would really appreciate a thumbs up and you may also want to think about subscribing to my YouTube channel.

I really appreciate all of your videos / tutorials. They provide a lot of insight into various programs and functions therein from a "real person" viewpoint. And yes, I don't know how I lived without evernote either. Keep up the good work.

I've been sitting here with Evernote on my iPad waiting to find a clear explanation that expresses the potential. Thanks.
I have seen something that suggests that Evernote has a lot to do to meet the expectations of, for example, a writer at TechCrunch. What features require improving from your point of view?

The tutorial really helped my understanding of Evernote

Your Evernote video was great but my android version looks very different. It does not allow me to change the view to what you demonstrated. I'm sure that the Android view will have good functionality when I get past the learning curve but I would prefer the view that your version had. Will you be putting out any youtubes on the Android version of Evernote? Or do you know a way to change it's view? Thanks

Great video on Evernote. I have been using Evernote for a couple of years and love it., but your tutorial showed me several useful Evernote features of features of which I was not aware. Thanks, and keep up the good work..
