  1. Geoff says:

After you move your sent emails to the folders/labels, will the sent emails disappear from the SENT folder ?

  2. Anson Alexander says:

No, if you send a message, it will be in the sent folder until you delete it.

  3. Karl says:

When composing a Signature I'd like to add a business photo to go along with the auto signature. I've been unable to figure out how to do that. Can you help? Thanks.

    1. Anson Alexander says:

      Diana,

I actually published a video answering your exact question:

Let me know if it helps!

  6. Kristene Poulsen says:

Is there a setting that would allow me to "schedule cleanup"? For instance so I could request that my inbox would only keep the latest message from a particular sender, or delete all messages from this sender after 10 days, etc? My msn account has this feature.

    1. Anson Alexander says:

      Kristene,

I don't think that feature is available for Gmail. You can filter messages by particular senders, subjects, etc. – but there is no "timer" feature that would delete them after 10 days.

  7. Jan F says:

I have some redundant emails and some that need editing, but they are not visible in the contacts list at the TOP. They are only visible when forwarding an email and clicking on the "To" in the body of the email. When I click on delete or backspace to edit, it can not be done. How can I make corrections to the contacts when forwarding emails?

    1. Anson Alexander says:

When you forward an email a new text box appears and the recipient is forwarded everything in the box. If you don't want them to see some of it, just delete it. They are not forwarded separate messages in the way that you see them in your Gmail account.
