Update 11/29/2011 10:05am EST: Twitter seems to be functioning normally again – will update if this changes.
Twitter seems to be having some serious issues this morning.
I keep getting the above message when trying to visit the website. Finally I was able to login but I am still getting the message periodically.
After some quick research, I was unable to find any details about the problem and the Twitter Status Report does not mention the issue.
When trying to refresh the page, I would either see the above “over capacity” page or, when using Google Chrome, I would receive the following “no data received” error:
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Please comment if you are so we can gain an idea of how widespread the issue is.
Also, if you have any additional information about the Twitter capacity issue, please comment below. I will update this post as I find relevant information.
