As the business world continues to embrace technology, hackers continue to exploit technology for financial and political gain. 2011 has already welcomed plenty of damage due to hackers, including the 77 million Playstation Network user accounts that were hacked.
In order to provide a closer glimpse at the hacking world, Gadgets and Gizmos has produced a great infographic entitled, “Hack Attack: All You Need To Know“. The fact that was most astounding to me was that 73% of Americans have been hacked in one form or another.
The infographic also provides us some information on exactly what the financial impact of hacking has been so far in 2011. If you aren’t familiar with who the renown figures are in the hacking world, the infographic also contains a quick overview of most notorious “white hat” and “black hat” hackers.
